The regular hours for the Zoning Administrator are Mondays, 8:15 am – 4 pm and Thursday mornings, 8:15 – noon.

The Zoning Administrator conducts current and long range planning, prepares amendments to the Town Plan and Zoning Regulations and assists the Planning Commission in reviewing development applications. The Zoning Administrator is responsible for building permits, inspections, enforcement of the Zoning Regulations.

The Planning Commission are appointed by the Selectboard. They handle all developmental plans, zoning ordinances, rezoning and subdivisions. Meetings are held on the first and third Wednesday of each month in the Selectperson’s Room in the Town Hall at 7:00 p.m.
